Dream Theater is still around
they are somehow popular now, despite still sounding to me like they're stuck in 1992
that anyone with a vocal range like James LaBrie would even try to look like a badass.

Embedded players are a nice solution to the sudden proliferation of mp3 hosting request threads in the fourms. I've used the tactic myself, as it's a much more ethical means of promotion. Their effectiveness is certainly suspect though. I doubt Stereogum ...
