An 800 sq. ft. artist's retreat, located within an urban park. The project was divided into 3, 60'x60' sections, the first two of which were fully open to the public. the 3rd contains the artist's retreat, along with a public area for viewing the artist's studio, as well as a lookout to the rest of the park.
