This Sandbox-based theme is for self-hosted wordpress installations. If you are using the Custom CSS upgrade on wordpress.com, get just the CSS.

Agendia STD font, used for many of the graphics
Silkscreen font, used for the vertical text

Andy and Scott, for giving me such a wonderful playground. I've also borrowed/reused some of their CSS.

Preparation

The Thin Line is intended to use the original sandbox XHTML structure, so you'll need to make sure The Sandbox is installed before activating The Thin Line.

For wordpress version 2.0, please add the following button to a text widget:

The Thin Line

<a title="design by Adam Freetly" href="http://archgfx.net/themes/the-thin-line"><img title="The Thin Line theme for Wordpress" alt="The Thin Line" src="http://archgfx.net/wordpress/wp-content/themes/thethinline/img/ttlogo.jpg"/></a>

(wordpress 2.1 and above will add the button to your footer automatically)

Features

The goal of this skin is to leverage the semantic classes of the Sandbox. So for each post, there is a corner label that shows the date using some very attractive fonts not found on most computers. Similar numbering is shown on comments and ping/trackbacks.

The second sidebar appears full width at the bottom of your blog, as a "fat footer".
