All actively maintained sandbox skins for wordpress.org (sandbox 0.9-1.0) are listed with <a href="http://archgfx.net/graphics/themes/">my wordpress themes</a>, since they install the same as any other. any theme that isn't listed under those two isn't actively maintained. The latest promise is that sandbox 1.0 will be on wordpress.com within 24 hours.
