		<description>well, that&#039;s the trick, is writing goals in an accomplishable (?) way.
a lot of the health stuff i intend to do for longer, but i had to write them so that there&#039;s just a bar to get past.   
and actually writing the stuff down makes it a lot more concrete, so that when i&#039;m thinking about what to do after i finish dinner, i remember to do things on the list.</description>
