ok, so the first time i tried posting a youtube video in my hosted blog, it didn't work because it was my video and it wasn't live yet. i just didn't quite get what youtube was telling me.

last night i tried to post the (below) scooter video, and it was mass chaos. wordpress kept reformatting my post so there was a <p> in the middle of my <embed>. you can imagine the havoc that wrought on my site.

in the end i finally got it to post using flock. i probably should have just turned off the rich text editor, but for writing normal posts, i like the rich text editor. :( i just wish the popup html editor actually did what it advertised.
