in light of this "feature", i re-read the blogger TOS. i noticed, halfway down the page, that the blog*spot TOS differs substantially in terms of allowable content. so, i'm moving. i finally got wordpress to work on archgfx.net. yet another problem i solved in my sleep, i realized that i probably had to change he permissions on the blog folder, as well as all the PHP scripts. duh. anyways, i'm using one of the basic templates wordpress provides, but that'll be changed shortly. the editting feaures on wordpress are beyond freakin awesome, so don't worry, i'll make it mine very soon.

Yeah, I’ve actually read, from beginning to end, the TOS of both Blogger and Blogspot. I see how that section would make you uncomfortable. It actually makes me uncomfortable too. I don’t like the fact that someone else can delete my blog because they may find some of my posts “offensive.” Not that I’m publishing porn or anything, but who’s to say that someone might not be offended by a post that lays out the Gospel or something? That’s where my fear lies.
yeah, i read the Blogger TOS when i signed up, which is a lot less worrisome, and seems to mainly exist to cover their own asses. it didn’t occur to me when i stopped hosting it on my own website that there would be an additional TOS.
I like WP a lot - I’ve found some pretty neat templates… I just need to do a little more studying so that I can tweak them properly.
Nice new look! Flippin’ sweet.

yeah, the basic color changing is easy, but some things are really buried. at least it’ll get me to actually crack open that PHP book i blew $30 on.

thanks. i still have to make the rest of the page match the changed graphics, but i’ll do that after i finish your graphic and the basic design of the house for my parents.
