current tune: nine inch nails - just like you imagined

last night the wifest and i watched the OC on the media center (the xbox extender actually), now that we can. wednesday we went to microcenter and picked up an NVTV tuner card, and yesterday i finally sorted out which comcast lineup we have (chicago southwest, cos that makes so much sense).

It's pretty much everything i hoped it would be. the channel guide is the most useful thing, although i can imagine emergencies where pausing tv might be pretty cool. You can tell that the video is compressed on the xbox, smostly because lighter colors are slightly off, but it's worth it to have everything in one place.
