yeah, so... apparently this shit's legit. so says wired if i get 5 people to sign up from that link, or from an e-mail, i get a free ipod. some of it's fun and cool, too. like the fact that RealNetworks and Apple benefitting from the same pyramid scheme. i bought the harmony subscription for $.99, since real seems to be good about cancelling your subscriptions, like they were on my phone. plus, since they released their linux version they''ve made themselves again the only truely crossplatform web audio/video format (other than mpeg). yes realnetworks used to be the devil of built in ads and pay-for plugins, but now everybody's (read apple and microsoft) gone that route. and at least you can play .rm files on all major OSes, legally.
